SHIPPING POLICY
Personalized and custom orders are shipped within one business day upon completion. As of now, shipping is done by USPS. For shipping Dates, please check your order for approximate shipping dates. Processing times differ for each item. Most items are shipped within 2-3 days depending on what item you order. This will be discussed at the time of purchase.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Modification cannot be made to orders once production has started.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds are given if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Personalized items are NON-REFUNDABLE. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged UNLESS WE have made an error in personalization. If an item is damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or is missing from the shipment you must contact us with pictures within 7 days so we rectify the situation.

Color: We have taken every measure to ensure that the colors depicted are as accurate as possible. Sometimes with computers generated proofs and flash photography colors vary from time to time. WE DO NOT REFUND BASED ON COLOR.
